SAM’s Program Builder allows users to dynamically create digital representations of their internal and external processes and workflows, minimizing the complexity of application processes and day-to-day managerial processes.

The Program Builder lets program administrators and staff to create digital, automated processes that:

  1. Track applications, pre-departure forms, status of payments, individual purchases or waivers
  2. Visualize the entire process from start to finish as well as where the process currently stands
  3. Automatically notify students, staff, and administrators when the process has reached a step that requires their attention
  4. Create time and location based itineraries for risk management purposes that help locate participants quickly
  5. Allow program administrators and staff to set multiple notification points that send reminder emails and text messages (SMS) to applicants who have not completed the application process
  6. Apply triggers throughout the process, such as student-blocking and staff-blocking requirements that must be satisfied before proceeding forward
  7. High-level views of each process to quickly find applicants that need help or additional information
