Standard Support Policy (SSP)
Support policies are annual agreements that provide universities with specific services. If our support policies don't cover what you need, we'll create a unique support policy for your university upon request.
- Installation
- We personally install version updates upon request when you purchase an SSP for your SAM software license
- Training
- The SSP comes with three on-site or web-based training sessions, where we teach you how to use SAM and answer any questions you may have about properly using the system.
- For on-site training, we will come to your location and provide three training sessions, each three hours long, spread over a week, and scheduled to suite your specific needs
- Web-based training also provides three training sessions, each three hours long, but can be spread over two weeks, again scheduled as per your convenience
- Maintenance, Updates
- The SSP provides you with version updates every three months
- Version updates contain the latest security patches, bug fixes, and functionality upgrades compiled over the previous three months
- Version updates can be downloaded and installed by your own system administrators
